Homeowner Spotlight
Customer Request: Homeowners came in to remodel the existing kitchen. They had just recently bought a condo in St. James.
Design Challenge: They wanted new cabinets, countertops, and a backsplash. During the tile selection, they discussed the possibility of an accent tile with Designer Lauren.
Design Solution: Lauren presented a fan mosaic, which they were excited about. Homeowners stated it reminded them of the beach. It’s the reason they moved here. They loved the colors with the blues, aquas, and greens. The decision was made, and it turned out beautifully.

Mohawk’s Everstrand Carpet is in our showroom. This new line is made from recycled plastic bottles and boasts for every yard 63 bottles were recycled.
If you are considering replacing your carpet, this is a great line to consider.
It’s not only environmentally friendly but it’s tough too. With advanced soil and stain protection, Everstrand is a great option for our coastal areas. It’s made from PET fiber that is engineered to resist dirt and stains so that your carpet stays clean.
